New Designed PP tank fire truck of XDR

We generally believe that there are only two types of tanks for fire trucks: carbon steel tanks and stainless steel tanks. In fact, there is also a PP polypropylene tank.

Introduce this new type of polypropylene polypropylene tank.

PP TANK

FIXED FIRE TRUCK

The PP material is scientifically named polypropylene plastic. Because some customers of ordinary carbon steel plates are worried about rust resistance, the tank body will be rusted and perforated after 5 years and 8 years for new cars. Stainless steel has higher chemical costs, but has certain chemical and physical properties. It is the reason that consumers cannot accept it. PP polypropylene tank body is non-corrosive and durable, which is between carbon steel and stainless steel, which can be said to be a fire truck tank material with outstanding cost performance.

In addition, we also need to eliminate a misunderstanding of everyone, thinking that it is all right to replace the tank with stainless steel or PP polypropylene material. Actually, it is not. The most important thing is maintenance and frequent maintenance. Common carbon steel tanks are shipped They have all been treated with water-based environmental protection anticorrosive paint. Generally, after several years of use, they can enter the tank from the upper manhole cover and spray some environmental protection paint appropriately, so that the corrosion of the tank can be avoided. However, the pipeline of the system is a place that is easily overlooked by many consumers, and inevitably there will be residual water in the pipeline. Corrosion will occur over time, and it is in places that are not easy to clean. So if consumers are very concerned about the rust prevention of the vehicle when choosing a fire truck, remember that the pipelines of the system must be made of stainless steel.
